Result of General Meeting

Journey Group, a leading provider of catering services and in-flight products to the international airline and travel industries, announces that at the general meeting held earlier today all resolutions were passed.

The Company now has the requisite authorities and intends to implement a share buy-back programme to purchase up to 689,932 ordinary shares in the Company. This follows completion of the Company's previous share buy-back programme, further details of which were announced on 14 October 2015 and 18 November 2015.
