Result of General Meeting
Further to the announcement on 3 June 2010 in relation to the proposed acquisition of Tissue Regenix Limited, the Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed were duly passed at the General Meeting held earlier today.
Dealings in the enlarged group will commence on 29 June 2010 under the name of Tissue Regenix Group Plc with the TIDM (ticker symbol) "TRX". A copy of the admission document and relevant information provided under AIM Rule 26 will be available from the Company's website at www.tissueregenix.com.
