RM ZDP plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all Resolutions, including the special resolution to approve the voluntary winding up of the Company, were duly passed.

It is therefore expected that payment of the Final Capital Entitlement will be made to ZDP shareholders today and cancellation of the Company's listing will take effect as of 8:00am tomorrow.
