Result of General Meeting

Further to the Offer Document posted to Ordinary Shareholders on 6 April 2011 setting out the details of the recommended cash offer made by Close Asset Management Holdings Limited for Cavanagh and the notice of general meeting included therein, the Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Ordinary Resolution put to the Independent Shareholders to approve the Management Arrangements pursuant to Rule 16 of the Takeover Code was duly passed.

The definitions and terms used in this announcement are consistent with those set out in Appendix V of the Offer Document.
