29 July 2013 LMS Capital plc (the "Company") Results of General Meeting - Proposed Tender Offer The Company announces that, at the general meeting held today, the resolutionproposed in relation to the authorisation of the Company to make one or moremarket purchases of ordinary shares in connection with the proposed tenderoffer for ordinary shares (the "Resolution") was passed as a specialresolution.
