Result of General Meeting & Change of Name

WEARE 2020 PLC announces that the sole resolution to approve the change of name of the Company to Jaywing plc was passed at the General Meeting held today.

It is expected that the change of name will become effective on the 23rd April 2013 under the Company's new TIDM ('ticker') of JWNG.
