("Tiger" or the "Company")
Result of General Meeting
The Company announces that, at the General Meeting of shareholders held earlier today, both proposed resolutions were duly passed.
Accordingly, the Company will undertake the Tender Offer, as set out in the announcement of 24 August 2011.
In addition, Mr. Bruce Rowan is now entitled to hold up to 45.26 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company without incurring an obligation to make a general offer for the Company. Mr. Rowan's final controlling position is dependent on the result of the Tender Offer and the Company will make an announcement in this respect in due course.
