Result of General Meeting
On 15 July 2019, Swallowfield PLC announced the Proposed Disposal of its Manufacturing business and associated assets and a proposed change to the name of the Company.
At the General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.
This creates a new, Owned Brands only business which will be named Brand Architekts Group plc upon completion of the disposal which is expected on or around the 23 August 2019. A further announcement will be made at that time.
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this Announcement have the meanings given to them in the announcement and Circular released by the Company on 15 July 2019.
