Result of General Meeting & Appointment of Director
Corero plc, the AIM listed network security and business software provider, announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today the Special Resolution to change the name of the Company to Corero Network Security plc was duly passed.
Also at a meeting of the Company's Board of Directors today, the appointment of Mr Edward Forwood as Non-Executive Director was ratified. Mr Forwood's appointment as Non-Executive Director was detailed in the announcement of 8 June 2011, and all disclosures required pursuant to schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Mr Forwood were also detailed at that time.
The Company's ticker will be changed to CNS on 30 June 2011 and the Company's website is now www.coreroplc.com.
