Result of General Meeting, change of name and change of website address

Following shareholder approval, at the General Meeting held earlier today, of the resolution to change the name of the Company to Miton Group plc, documents have been lodged with Companies House to record the change of name. Once the new certificate is received from Companies House, application to the Stock Exchange will be made to change the ticker from MMF to MGR.

For the purposes of AIM Rule 26 the Company's website address, from 25 January 2013 will be www.mitongroup.com
