Name Change to Napster Group PLCChange of TIDM

MelodyVR Group PLC (AIM:MVR), the leading creator of virtual reality entertainment content and operator of the MelodyVR and Napster platforms, today confirms that the Special Resolution relating to the Company's change of name was duly passed at a General Meeting held this morning.

Accordingly, the Company's name will change to Napster Group PLC and the Company's TIDM will change from MVR to NAPS with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 1 March 2021. 

In addition, the Company's website address will change to www.napster.group. Disclosures pursuant to Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies will be available on this website.
