Result of General Meeting
On 5 October 2018, IndigoVision Group plc announced that it had posted a circular incorporating a notice of general meeting (the "General Meeting"), in order to seek shareholder approval for a new Long Term Incentive Plan. The Company is pleased to confirm that at the General Meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
The resolution proposed as an ordinary resolution at the General Meeting was passed on a show of hands. The results of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the General Meeting were as follows:
