09 March 2009 KEFI Minerals plc ("KEFI Minerals" or the "Company') AIM: KEFI Result of General Meeting
Further to the announcement made on 19 February 2009, KEFI Minerals confirms that at its General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly approved (the "Resolutions").
As also announced on 19 February 2009, application has been made to admit the 38,434,004 ordinary shares in the Company, which are to be issued to EMED Mining Public Limited, to trading on AIM and, dealings in these ordinary shares will occur on 10 March 2009.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 188,079,580 Ordinary Shares of which EMED Mining Public Limited will be interested in 59,332,914 Ordinary Shares (31.55% percent of the enlarged issued share capital).
