CITY OF LONDON INVESTMENT GROUP PLC
("City of London" or "the Group") RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
City of London Investment Group plc (AIM: CLIG) announces that at the General Meeting of the Group held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
City of London will now proceed with the proposed move from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, as announced on 14 June 2010, which is currently expected to take place in October 2010.
