Result of General Meeting ("AGM")
GYG plc (AIM: GYG), the market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 7 August 2020 were duly passed today by the requisite majority. Each of the resolutions put to the General Meeting was voted on by way of a poll, and the results of each poll will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.gygplc.com.
