GCP Student Living plc, the UK's first REIT focused on student residential assets, has today held a General Meeting to adopt new articles of association. At the General Meeting, the resolution to adopt the new articles of association was unanimously passed on a show of hands.

The proxy votes received in relation to the resolution were as follows:

A copy of the resolution will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
