Further to the Company's announcement on 3 November 2008 regarding the acquisition of Velocys, Inc. and the placing of 8,251,888 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, the Board is pleased to confirm that, all resolutions put to the General Meeting of the Company today have been passed.
Admission of the Enlarged Share Capital is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow, 20 November 2008.
