Result of General Meeting

The Board of JJB Sports plc ("JJB" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of the Company today approved the resolution put to the General Meeting at Martland Park, Challenge Way, Wigan WN5 OLD. Voting was by poll on the resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 5 September 2011.
