Result of General Meeting

 

Accrol Group Holdings plc, a leading independent tissue converter in the UK, announces that, at its general meeting held earlier today (the "General Meeting"), all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting (the "Resolutions") were duly passed.

 

Following the approval of the Resolutions, the placing to raise £38.5 million (before expenses) (the "Placing") and the open offer to raise c.£4.1 million (before expenses) (the "Open Offer"), each as described in more detail in the announcement made by the Company on 3 November 2020, remain conditional on admission of the new ordinary shares being issued pursuant to the Placing to trading on AIM becoming effective, which is expected to occur at 8am on Monday, 23 November 2020.
