The Board of CAP-XX announces that the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

 

The resolutions appointed BDO East Coast Partnership as CAP-XX's auditor replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers effectively from today.
