Result of General Meeting
EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the AIM quoted medical diagnostics business, announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to approve a distribution of the Company's shareholding in Renalytix AI plc to the Company's shareholders was duly passed. This enables the Directors to proceed to finalise the necessary arrangements to give effect to the distribution.
