Result of General Meeting

Pan Pacific Aggregates plc (the "Company"), the British Columbia based aggregates business, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed at the General Meeting held earlier today.

As announced on 10 January 2012, the Share Capital Reorganisation will therefore be implemented after the close of business today, 26 January 2012. Admission and commencement of dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 27 January 2012.

A further announcement will be made on 27 January 2012 to confirm the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the implementation of the Share Capital Reorganisation.

Definitions in this announcement are consistent with those set out in the Circular issued to shareholders of the Company and dated 10 January 2012, a copy of which is available on the Company's website.
