Results of General Meeting

Panther Metals PLC (LSE: PALM), an exploration company focused on mineral projects in Canada, announces that, at the General Meeting ("General Meeting") of the Company held today, all resolutions put to the General Meeting were duly passed (each, a "Resolution", and together, the "Resolutions").

A poll was held on each of the Resolutions, and the Resolutions were passed by the required majority.

Resolution 1 was passed as an ordinary resolution. Resolutions 2 and 3 were passed as special resolutions.

The total number of ordinary shares of no par value each in the capital of the Company in issue at the voting date was 8,683,986.

In accordance with UKLR 22.2.6R of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), a copy of the Resolutions passed will be submitted to the FCA's National Storage mechanism and will be available for inspection at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
