Result of General Meeting
Victoria PLC ("Victoria" or the "Company") announces that, at the General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to cancel the Company's admission to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Cancellation") was duly passed.
The resolution was passed on a poll and the result of the poll was as follows:

Accordingly, Cancellation is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 17 January 2013 and the admission of the entire issued share capital to trading on AIM is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on the same date.
