Approval of waiver of obligations under Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers
cloudBuy plc announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions, including the approval on a poll of the waiver under Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeover and Mergers were passed. The holdings of Roberto Sella and Mike Pasternak are as follows:
