Result of General Meeting, Completion of Sale of Geocurve Business and Principal Assets
The Company announces that the resolution to approve the sale of the business and principal assets of Geocurve (the "Sale") was approved by shareholders at the General Meeting earlier today.
Completion of the Sale will take place later today.
