Microgen plc - Result of General Meeting

Microgen plc announces that at its General Meeting held this morning all Resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting, including in relation to the approval of the Tender Offer set out in the Circular of the Company dated 1 November 2013, were duly passed.

A copy of the resolutions passed at the General Meeting, other than ordinary business, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection shortly.
