25 October 2022, London, UK - Softline Holding PLC [SFTL, US83407L2079] (NOVENTIQ, NOVENTIQ Group, the Group, or the Company), the Cyprus-registered global digital transformation and cyber security solutions and services provider, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today were duly passed.

The following dates are applicable in connection with the extraordinary general meeting of Softline Holding PLC (the Company) held on 25 October 2022 at 11:30 a.m. Cyprus time.

• Bonus Issuance Record date: 26 October at 11.00 am Cyprus time (as previously disclosed)

• Shareholder Pay date: 27 October

• GDR Pay date: 1 November

• GDR Ex-date: 2 November
