Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Following the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 18 March 2026, the Board is pleased to announce that all the ordinary resolutions and special resolutions, as set out in the Notice of EGM to shareholders dated 26 February 2026, were approved by shareholders. The resolutions put to the EGM were voted on by way of a poll.

The text of all the resolutions is contained in the Notice of AGM.

The voting breakdown of all resolutions follow:

*A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is therefore not counted towards the proportion of votes "for" or "against" the Resolution.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the full text of the Special Resolutions is as follows:

THAT the Articles of Association produced at the General Meeting be approved and adopted, with effect from the conclusion of the General Meeting, as the new Articles of Association of the Company in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the existing Articles of Association.

THAT, subject to and conditional upon the passing of Resolutions 1 and 2, the share premium account of the Company be cancelled in full.
