Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Class Meetings of the Ordinary, Extended Life and New Global share classes, held at 11:00 a.m., 11:05 a.m., and 11:10 a.m. today respectively, the resolutions set out in each of the respective Notice of the Class Meetings were duly passed.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") of the Company held at 11:15 a.m. today all resolutions set out in the EGM Notice sent to shareholders were duly passed.

Details of the EGM proxy voting results which should be read alongside the Notice sent to shareholders on 12 November 2025 are noted below. A vote withheld is not a vote in law and has not been counted in the votes for and against a resolution.

Following the passing of the Resolutions, Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited have been appointed as Liquidators for the purposes of winding up the Company. Michael Holmberg, Christopher Legge and Stephen Vakil have resigned as Directors of the Company, and John Hallam will remain as the sole Director.
