The board of directors of Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited has been informed by the investment manager, Sherborne Investors Management (Guernsey) LLC ("Sherborne Investors") of the result of the General Meeting of Electra Private Equity plc (the "General Meeting") held earlier today. Sherborne Investors welcomes the result of voting at the General Meeting. The new directors are grateful for the support shown by shareholders and look forward to working together with their Board colleagues in undertaking a strategic review to consider all options in order to maximise long-term value for all shareholders.
