RESULT OF EGM AND PROPOSED NAME CHANGE
Pursuant to the announcement made on 31 December 2008 and the Circular sent to shareholders, TV Commerce Holdings plc (AIM:TVC), is pleased to announce that, at its EGM held yesterday, all resolutions were duly passed.
Accordingly, the change of name to Gemstones of Africa Group plc is expected to take effect with the London Stock Exchange at 8:00 am on 26 January 2009. The Company's ISIN will remain as GB00B05MCJ34 and the Company's TIDM will change to GOA.L.
