("Molectra" or "the Company")
Result of EGM
Molectra is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed, including the approval of (i) the change of the Company's name to Baylon Holdings Limited; and (ii) the disposal of the Company's Australian business.
The change of name is expected to become effective next week and the Company expects the disposal to complete around the same time. Further announcements will be made once the name change has occurred and the disposal has completed.
