John Wood Group PLC (the "Company") RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING FOR WELL SUPPORT DISPOSAL
At the General Meeting held at 1.00 pm on 31 March 2011 at the Company's offices at John Wood House, Greenwell Road, Aberdeen, AB12 3AX the ordinary resolution regarding the disposal of the Company's Well Support division was duly passed on a show of hands. Completion of the transaction remains subject to US anti-trust approval and other customary completion arrangements.
The table below shows the proxy votes received for and against the resolution, representing a total of 71.51 per cent of the 530,266,720 ordinary shares in issue as at the date of the meeting (each ordinary share carries one vote).
