Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

PME announces that at the EGM of the Company held earlier today the Resolution put to Shareholders in respect of the proposed Delisting described in a circular sent to Shareholders on 5 March 2020 (the "Circular") was duly passed by the requisite majority. As a result, it is anticipated that the Delisting will now become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 17 April 2020. The total votes cast were as follows:
