Result of EGM and proposed cancellation of share premium account
The Company announces that a special resolution to cancel its share premium account was unanimously approved at a General Meeting held on Monday 21 July 2008.
In accordance with the Circular sent to shareholders on 27 June 2008, the Company will commence the proceedings to obtain the confirmation of the Court as soon as possible. It is anticipated that the final hearing at which the Court will confirm the cancellation of the share premium account will take place on 13 August 2008.
