Result of EGM
Yew Grove REIT plc (LSE:YEW, Euronext:YEW), which owns a diversified portfolio of Irish commercial property assets, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") held earlier today, the resolutions intended to facilitate the migration of the Company's participating securities from the CREST System to the central securities depository system operated by Euroclear Bank SA/NV ("Euroclear Bank") in the manner described in the circular to shareholders dated 4 January 2021 ("Circular") (the "Migration") and to make certain changes to the Company's Articles of Association as set out in Part 8 of the Circular, were duly passed by shareholders.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 111,572,210 and the votes were cast as follows:
