White Nile Limited16 June 2005 White Nile Ltd ("White Nile" or "the Company") 'Results of EGM' The Company announces that at the EGM held today at 3pm the following ordinaryresolution was passed: "That the acquisition by the Company of an interest in a petroleum concessionlocated in an area known as Block Ba in Southern Sudan from Nile PetroleumCorporation Ltd (as more fully described in the letter from the Chairman set outon pages 8 to 17 of the circular to shareholders dated 19 May 2005) inconsideration for which the Company is to allot 155,000,000 ordinary shares of0.1p to Nile Petroleum Corporation Ltd, be and is hereby approved and theDirectors of the Company be authorised to implement the terms thereof." The 155,000,000 ordinary shares allotted to Nile Petroleum Corporation Ltd,which as disclosed in the circular to shareholders dated 19 May 2005 are subjectto lock-in arrangements for twelve months starting from the date of Admission,will be admitted to trading, along with the 155,000,000 ordinary sharescurrently in issue, at 7am on Friday 17 June 2005.
