Results of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")
The Board of New World announces the results of the voting on the Resolutions at the Company's EGM held yesterday which were voted on by a poll as follows:
For Resolutions 1 and 2:

Accordingly, Resolution 1 and 2 were not passed.
Further to the announcement of 11 May 2015, the Company will provide information on the intended Open Offer ("the Offer") and other matters under consideration at a later stage.
In the meantime, the trading in the Company's shares remains suspended on AIM.
