("Amiad" or "the Company")
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Amiad announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
The Company will issue its full year 2009 results on 15 April 2010. At that time, it expects to provide an update on the timing of the completion of the Arkal acquisition, which is progressing towards satisfaction of the remaining conditions.
