ISIS Resources PLC18 September 2006 ISIS RESOURCES PLC RESULT OF EGM The Directors of Isis Resources plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce thatat the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held today, all of theresolutions were duly passed. The resolutions concerned: • the approval of the acquisition of Rhinopharma Limited in consideration of the issue of 38,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company;• the necessary authorities to effect the placing of 51,075,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at 4p per share to raise £2.043 million; and• a change of the name of the Company to Verona Pharma plc. Re-admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM is expected to take placeon 19 September 2006. The name change will take effect today and dealingsystems will be updated with the new name and ticker, which will be VRP, witheffect from Re-admission.
