Landore is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held this morning, all the resolutions proposed in the notice of meeting sent to shareholders dated 14 June 2011 were duly passed.

As a result, it is expected that a distribution in specie to shareholders of the entire issued share capital of the Company's newly formed subsidiary, Lamaune Iron Inc., will take place at 5 p.m. today.
