Eureka Mining PLC30 November 2006 Eureka Mining Plc ("Eureka" or the "Company") Result of Scheme EGM and Court Meeting On 7 November 2006, Eureka announced proposals to implement the proposedacquisition of Eureka by Celtic Resources Holdings Plc by means of a scheme ofarrangement under Section 425 of the Companies Act 2000 (the "Scheme"). The Board of Eureka today announces that at the Court Meeting and EGM heldearlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. It is expected that the Scheme will become effective, and the Company'sadmission to AIM will be cancelled, on or around 21 December 2006. Accordingly,it is expected that the last day of dealings in Eureka Shares will be 20December 2006, the day of the final Court Meeting in respect of the Scheme.Trading in Eureka Shares is no longer expected to be suspended and will continuefollowing the court hearing until the end of normal trading at 4.30pm on thatday. Terms and expressions used in this announcement shall, unless the contextotherwise requires, have the same meanings as given to them in the Company'sannouncement of 7 November 2006.
