Application has been made for the Placing shares to be admitted to trading onAIM, with admission and completion of the placing expected to take place onTuesday 11 September 2007. Following admission, the total number of shares inissue will be 177,687,500. Borders & Southern further announces that a number of directors of the Companyhave subscribed for shares in the Placing at the placing price of 30 pence pershare.
