WH Smith PLC20 February 2008 WH SMITH PLC Extraordinary General Meeting - Proxy Votes At the EGM of WH Smith PLC held today at 11:00 am, the following levels of proxyappointments and associated voting instructions were received prior to themeeting. All of the resolutions were carried on a show of hands.
