Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Alternative Networks plc announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company which took place earlier today (the "EGM"), all Resolutions proposed to shareholders (as set out in the notice of EGM contained in the Circular published by the Company dated 1 July 2008 (the "Circular")) were duly passed.
It is expected that the results of the Tender Offer as described in the Circular will be announced at 7.00a.m. on 29 July 2008.
