Roxi Petroleum Plc29 February 2008 Roxi Petroleum Plc (the "Company") Result of EGM On 31 January 2008 the Company announced that it agreed, subject to shareholderapproval, to acquire the 59% of the issued share capital of Eragon Petroleum plcand to seek approval of the waiver of a Mandatory Offer under rule 9 of the CityCode on Takeovers and Mergers. At the General Meeting, which took place earlier today, all resolutions put toshareholders were approved.
