GENERAL MEETING - VOTING RESULTS
The Company announces that, at its General Meeting held today (the "General Meeting"), the Resolutions proposed thereat (to approve the Company's new Long Term Incentive Plan), were unanimously passed on a show of hands.
For information, the number of proxy votes received was as follows:
