Result of EGM
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of NetPlay TV plc, held today at 0900hrs, all resolutions set out in the Notice of EGM posted to shareholders dated 16 April 2009 were passed by the Company's shareholders.
