THE ATTENTION OF SHAREHOLDERS WITH REGISTERED ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM IS DRAWN TO THE PARAGRAPH 6 OF PART IV OF THE CIRCULAR (DEFINED BELOW).

The Company is pleased to announce that the Resolution was duly passed at the General Meeting held earlier today. Accordingly the Placing Shares and the Open Offer Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 22 April 2014.

The Company also announces that Mr David Mahony, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, is acquiring 15,150 Open Offer Shares under the Open Offer. Following this transaction, Mr Mahony is interested in 65,150 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's Enlarged Equity Share Capital.

The definitions used in this announcement, unless otherwise stated, are as defined in the circular dated 31 March 2014 sent to Shareholders in connection with the Placing and Open Offer (the "Circular").
